Active Shooter Response Planning and Training

Employee safety needs to be at the forefront of any critical incident, none more so than in the case of an active shooting incident. Out-of-the-box programs have the potential to increase the number of casualties, while exposing a company to greater civil liability. Crisis Solutionist works with you to custom design a plan that maximizes employee safety and minimizes the potential of your company’s exposure. Once created, our staff will train your employees and security staff on to how to implement the plan. We will prepare your security staff to conduct yearly refresher training.

Cannabis Control Commission Responsible Vendor Training

The Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) prepares dispensary agents and their employees on how to effectively and safely handle complex situations in your operation. The Cannabis Control Commission regulations determined that the selling of cannabis involves many risks. Failure to act responsibly and proactively can result in fines, imprisonment, suspension of your license, increased insurance costs, or the loss of your business.

Crisis Solutionist has devised a 1-day, 8-hour class that meets all the Commission’s yearly training requirements. The seminar is taught every Tuesday. The location rotates through five geographical areas of Massachusetts: the North Shore, Suffolk County, South Shore, Central, and Western Massachusetts.

Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Hostile Workplace Training for Managers

This supervisor and management 1-day seminar concentrates on mitigating company exposure, by creating a corporate culture that has zero tolerance for sexual harassment or discrimination. Since the tone is established at the top of the corporate structure, management is informed of its legal responsibilities and is given the tools necessary to successfully onboard a complaint in a timely manner that is consistent with company policies, federal and state laws. Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Hostile Workplace Training for Employees

This employee seminar focuses on preventing incidents from occurring in the first place. It is an interactive class that encourages active participation through role-playing scenarios. The intent is to give your employees the tools to prevent a situation from escalating and how to report an event if it becomes necessary. We will work to review your company’s current policies, help you update them as necessary and present them in the classroom.

Social Engineering Preventative Training

We cover all the identified methods hackers use to develop their profiles and acquire the information necessary to allow them to hack your system.  We do this through lecture, active class participation, investigative reviews where social engineering was determined to be the method used to hack a victim and video training examples. Educated employees tend to be conscientious employees, that will put what they learned to use.

This class is constantly evolving, as hackers’ methods evolve and are identified.  Our students have the ability to opt into our email updates covering the latest on this important topic. Whenever new method or tactics are identified, we’ll email our students with the updates.
